KIIFB Recruitment 2019 : Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) has issued the latest notification for the post of Lab Technician, Care Taker cum Helper & Other.
Applications are invited On-line through Centre for Management Development (CMD) website www.cmdkerala.net from eligible candidates for filling up various posts on Contract basis at Quality Audit Cell (QAC) of Technical Resource Centre (TRC) in Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB).

QA & QC Engineer
Academic Qualification : B. Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work Experience : 6-8 years experience for B. Tech holders and 10-12 years of experience for Diploma holders in QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Activities in civil infrastructure works
Job Description
- Will be in charge of the laboratory facility both central and mobile lab
- Coordination of all the testing activities in labs
- Shall regularly monitor the testing procedure and cross checking the results of each test
Pay / Remuneration : Rs. 80,000/-
Lab Technician
Academic Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work Experience : 3-6 years experience in QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) activities in civil infrastructure works
Job Description : Shall execute the test in Central lab and Mobile lab
Pay / Remuneration : Rs. 25,000/-
Technical Document Controller
Academic Qualification : Degree with sufficient computer knowledge
Work Experience : NA
Job Description : Will be in charge for sorting out the data
in central monitoring studio/lab
Pay / Remuneration : Rs. 25,000/-
Aerial Photogrammetric Surveyor
Academic Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering/ITI(Surveyor)/KGCE(Civil)
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in Total Station Surveying & 1 year of experience in Aerial Photogrammetric Surveying
Job Description : Will be in charge for the survey using Drone
Pay / Remuneration : Rs. 25,000/-
Care Taker cum Helper
Academic Qualification : Higher Secondary Passed
Work Experience : NA
Job Description : Assist the Lab technician and provide support for the lab technician for the execution of various test
Pay / Remuneration : Rs. 20,000/-
Mode of Appointment : On Contract for a period of 1 year
Selection Process
The selection process may comprise of Written Examination/Group Discussion and /or Personal Interview. KIIFB/CMD reserves the absolute right to decide as to whether to use any of these modes for selection for the notified posts
